Optimum tyre temperature is achieved after only 30 minutes or so and then stabilized by a high-precision thermostat (+/-1°C)

The electronic controller enables selection of three temperature ranges:
50° C for rain tyres, 80° C and 100° C subject to tyre manufacturer specifications
The carbon-fiber heating element is arranged transversely in a double circuit and ensures optimum heating of the tyre flank. The carbon fiber is coated in a heat-conducting silicone layer for maximum strength and protection from damage. A special non-stick material with interwoven copper strands ensures optimized heat conduction from the tyre warmer to the tread.

With the cover pulled far over the tyre flank, the rim also heats up very quickly
